Authenticity - a young boy came home and told his Dad the other kids kept stealing his pencils at school. He is a regular reason for National and International newspapers and magazines. "Harassment" may be any of these: an act of violation to gain control through fear; behaviour which is over-friendly ("showing the ropes" too eagerly); a genuine interest to determine a long lasting and equitable relationship (by trying to determine the other persons convenience of handling conflict).
